Ordering Guide

I want you to love your purchase and will endeavour to provide the best possible customer service. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order. If you have any further questions please contact me and I will gladly assist you further.

Items will be dispatched by Royal Mail, either 2nd class signed for or tracked and signed for bigger ticket purchases.  Overseas orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Standard Airmail (no tracking or signature)

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Stock Availability

Sometimes I sell out of certain colourway or style but we always endeavour to have these back in stock as soon as possible.

If there is an item you would like to purchase that happens to be out of stock, please contact me so I can advise further on its availability. You will be given the opportunity to make a pre-order/reserve purchase.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed using PAY PAL a secure and trusted online payment gateway.

You do not need to have a PAY PAL account to use this service.

We can also accept payment by direct bank transfer. Please contact me to arrange payment.

Ordering from the site

In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund.

International orders

Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.  Some items are marked as “UK only” — this is because their size makes them very expensive to post, but of course I am happy to  price shipping for you and discuss further any queries.

Returns

I hope you love your products. However, if you are unsatisfied or you have just changed your mind please let me know immediately. I am happy to refund or replace unused items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of initial delivery attempt.

If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so I can resolve the issue.

You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to me unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches me. If you return something I will notify you by email to let you know it’s been received.Once the refund is approved, a refund will be issued within 2 working weeks.

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
