Saturday 4th May or Saturday 1st June 1pm -5pm
Design and print a unique square wall canvas using your own hand cut stencils and colour palette. Designs can be entirely up to you , from abstract geometrics, pretty florals to cutesy animals – just let your imagination run free!
I’ll provide guidance at every step and have lots of inspiration to hand, advice on techniques and colours, after which you can start on your masterpiece.
You’ll create your own design, cut a stencil and print onto a piece of fabric using your choice of colours. I will then show you how to stretch this over a wire frame to create your own unique wall panel.
We will be using craft knives to cut out stencils, so if you have any issues with dexterity, please contact me to discuss. Otherwise, this class is suitable for all abilities (please note this is an adult only class).
These fabric panels are very light and easy to hang on any wall and could even hang on a window.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
All inspiration material
Fabric paints, brushes, craft knives, stencil paper, etc
Piece of cotton fabric
Metal frame measuring 30 cm x 30 cm or 20 cm lampshade rings
WHAT YOU’LL TAKE HOME
A stencilled wall panel/ wall art, measuring 30 cm x 30 cm (12″ x 12″) or a 20 cm diameter drum shaped light shade.
CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will only be given 7 days prior to the workshop but we can re-arrange dates.
