Description
My inspiration for this picture came from Lunan Bay, a spectacular spot north of Arbroath in N.E Scotland; sitting on the dunes for a while, my gaze turned inland, (rather than seawards) looking at the grasses and ploughed fields beyond.
The picture was created using a variety of techniques such as stencilling, applique and hand/machine stitching.
Dimmensions: framed 43 cm width, 33.5 cm height, 2 cm depth. This picture comes with a simple wooden frame, painted using chalk paint to give it a rustic, unfuzzy finish.
